FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Summary

Finance and Accounting Manager will be incharge of overall finance and accounting activity, including but not limited to, account payable, account recieveable, cash, tax and payroll.

Finance and Accounting Manager will be working closely with General Manager to create an effective budgeting strategy

Key roles and responsibilities
  • Ensuring the end of month closing proses is done according to the company deadline
  • Ensuring the accuracy of journal entries, accurals and accurate allocation of revenues and cost to correct cost/profit centre
  • Managing credit control function, by constantly reviewing outstanding payments
  • Manage Cash Flow and prepare monthly cashflow projection
  • Review all necessary report and schedulle for tax reporting
  • Provide monthly finance report and summary of all finance and accounting activities
  • Liasing with external parties in resolving finance related problems

Skills & Experience
  • Maximum age 40
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar business and position
  • Self motivated, independent, commited and dynamic
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skill
  • Willing to be place all over Indonesia

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Summary

Restaurant Manager Will be incharge of the day to day operation of Opal Coffee outlet ensuring all aspect of the outlet is according to the company’s requirement.

Key roles and responsibilities
  • Overseeing internal outlet stocks management
  • Ensuring all physical aspect of the outlet is in its prime condition
  • Ensuring good service and excellence customer experience
  • Ensuring all the food and beverage products is up to the company’s standard
  • Guest satisfaction oriented with effective complaints handling
  • Provide all related parties with monthly customer preference information
  • Create and Maintain a customer database to support company’s marketing plans
  • Achive the desired sales level

Skills & Experience
  • Maximum age 40
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar business and position
  • Self motivated, independent, committed and dynamic
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skill
  • Willingness to work long hours especially on weekend and holiday
  • Attention to detail and high level accuracy
  • Willing to be place all over Indonesia
