SALES ASSISTANT

Function:

She will support the sales team for coffee, tea, chocolate beverages for professionals:

•     Market study, customer prospection and appointments.
•     Quotations and offers.
•     Update CRM Software.
•     Monitoring existing customer satisfaction.
•     Communication about new products and new suppliers.
•     Consolidation and reporting of troubles and implementation of solutions.
•     Centralised weekly planning (Technicians and Sales).
•     Organise after sales visit and deliveries.

Qualifications:

•     Female.
•     Fresh Graduate D3/S1 in any major.
•     Educational background in Hospitality is a plus.
•     Willing to work on weekend (Saturday) if needed.

Requirements:

•     Dynamic person.
•     Proficient in English both verbally and written.
•     Well organized and systematic person.
•     Pleasant personality.
•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•     Able to work in a team as well as independently.
•     Honest and trustworthy.
•     Living in BALI.
