ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Responsibility :

You will responsible to input transportation invoice data to system and check complexity of documents ; create accrual journal; input Payable Invoice data and asset to X3 system; input manual journal data; create aging AR; reconcile data GRN vs AP with supplier; intercompany account reconciliation.

Job Requirements :

•Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting (S1) with GPA min 3.00 with scale 4.00

•Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in the similar field, fresh graduate are welcome with the best graduated.

•Able to speak and write in English.

•Good work ethics and attitude.

•Easy learning, and result oriented

•Have a good communication skill and strong leadership skill.

•Proficiency with email and MS office application and accounting system.

•Willing to work at Cikarang 

HEALTH OFFICER

Job Responsibility :

You will responsible to contribute on health and well being of employees by managing operational activity in company clinic, carry out medical claims administration, manage report of occupational accident case to Jamsostek and or other external bodies, mange government legal requirement related to factory hygiene issues, manage and control the cleanliness and tidiness of some areas : toilet, locker room and canteen, and do any collaboration with cleaning service team.

Job Requirements :

•Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing or equivalent

•3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

•Having experience specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent

•Having experience in managing clinic and administration of medical record

•Having certification in Hiperkes and Basic Life Support Skill is a must

•Willing to work in Cikarang

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Responsibility :

You will responsible to ensure the execution of improvement in the area of safety, quality, and productivity in order to achieve production KPI.  

Job Requirements :

•Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent.

•Minimum 3 years experience within production environment, preferable from FMCG industry.

•Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance

•Fluent in English

•Willing to work in Cikarang

INTERNAL CONTROL LEADER

Job Responsibility :

•Make sure of the proper implementation of the Internal Control framework defined by General Management  to strengthen the processes efficiency and prevent risks to which Country/Entity is exposed, thus  contributing to healthy business development.

•Raise managers’ awareness to Internal Control fundamental principles;

•Assist managers in formalizing procedures;

•Assess right application of procedures and quality of controls.

Jon Requrements :

•Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Accountancy

•Minimum 5 years experiences as Auditor or Internal Auditor in manufacturing companies or audit firms

•Good accounting standard: Group and local standard

•Fluent in English

•Rigor & method

•Critical mind-proactively

•Listening and dialogue capacities with all functions

•Teamwork capacity, coordination of project and change management

•Knowledge of organization and processes of the Entity

•Knowledge of the Group procedures, Standards and reporting

•Knowledge of the main IT systems used by the Group (SAP)

•Experiences in Finance/Controlling in Business Unit, Entity or Factory

•Willing to work in Cikarang
