FINANCIAL STRATEGIC PLANNING ASST. MANAGER

Responsibilities : 

• Compose Company Budget and Evaluation System on actual expense toward planned budget
• Project Feasibility Study and Financial Modeling
• Compose financial report as a foundation for the management to make business decision
• Conduct research to support company FSP Function and provide broader analysis for the management in decision making

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
• Good command in English
• Proficient Knowledge in Taxation, Financial Modeling, Budgeting and Project Feasibility, Management Reporting
• Good leadership skill, analytical thinking, attention to detail
• Can work in a fast paced,complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment
• Team player

PORT CAPTAIN

Main Responsibility :

Organize and supervise the whole fleet operational activities in every voyage in order to be operated effectively with due reference to prevailed shipping safety procedures. 

The main activities are: 

Ensure the operational activity can run smoothly and effectively starting from Voyage Preparation to Voyage Settlement by : 

• Deliver Voyage Instruction to vessel and prepare for voyage plan.
• Coordinate with Agent or any related parties in local harbor
• Coordinate with supplier (both fresh water and bunker) for supply scheduling with reference to remain on board checking
• Coordinate with related divisions in relation with ship preparation and ship necessity fulfillment to support the voyage
• Supervise vessel activities (whether loading, discharging, or docking) whether in port or on the sea with reference to noon report of vessel
• Compose Bill of Lading or assign Agent to compose  Bill of Lading
• Calculate the cost estimation and actualization incurred in one voyage (including demurrage or dispatch)

And the requirements are : 

• Minimum ANT III (Nautical Major) from Maritime Academy (ANT II will be preferred)  or Bachelor Degree in Marine Transportation Management
• Have at least 5 (five) years sailing experience and 2 -3 years experience as Port Captain
• Good knowledge in Shipping and Harbor/Port as well as Government and International Maritime Regulations (Laws regarding to Sea Communication, SOLAS, ISM Code, Marpol)
• Good command in English (verbal and written)  
• Have a strong leadership skill
• Willing to travel and conduct field job
• Multitasking person
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Customer oriented
• Able to work independently or in a team
