Your key responsibilities will include:

As an Agent within Fraud Operations, you will be required to work through a number of pre-determined fraud queues, kana email queues, and service requests to determine if recent account activity is of a fraudulent nature (based on fraud indicators). You will complete your investigation using multiple resources including customer contact, reviewing Berniaga.com activity, phone matches, IP Search, and various websites, etc. Fraud Operations Agents are Customer oriented and work to deliver a better understanding of Berniaga.com processes to our Customers.

At the same time, you will educate Customers on how to maintain security and strive for loss prevention for both Berniaga.com and its Customers. You are responsible for reviewing documentation, analyzing data, and determining in a timely manner whether to verify the authenticity of transactions and/or activities. Throughout this process you may need to communicate with the customer for additional information and to notify them of decisions. An Agent within Fraud Operations is organized, efficient, and driven, exhibits strong analytical skills, adapts well to change, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Based on assigned queues, review Berniaga.com accounts and determine the legitimacy of the account and account holder, the associated risk (using fraud indicators), and make sure all appropriate restriction and/or dismissal decisions are made on each account reviewed. (70%)
Contact account holders in an effort to verify activity and mitigate loss. (20%)
Continually monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management of information gleaned from that activity (10%)

The successful candidate will be/possess the following:
  • Bachelor Degree (any major) from reputable university with 2 – 4 years working experience in field of Fraud detection function
  • Have good understanding of technology, passion with ecommerce business and high level of internet savvy
  • Must highly motivated and outstanding individual with strong working knowledge of Fraud issue
  • Good understanding of ecommerce Fraud trend and the solution to fight Fraud
  • Strong communication skills both on the phone and via email
  • Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research.
  • Ability to function in multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Basic Knowledge of internal systems & software (Intranet, Admin Tools).


Job purpose:
  • To develop a high quality, effective and responsive human resources and organisational development function at PT701 Search

  • Full spectrum HR management including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, skill gap identification, training and development, employee relations and engagement, as well as regular staff activities.
  • Proactively raising HR related matters to the line managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
  • Reviewing and revising HR policies to meet with the need of an evolving business environment, as well as in compliance with the changing and/or new legislation requirement.
  • Will take charge in the preparation of contract appointment for newly hired employees, employee movement forms and other HR related documents

  • Will take charge in monitoring and purchasing of office supplies.
  • Responsible for monitoring and processing of business permit

  • Knowledgeable and conversant of the provisions of Indonesian labor laws and other relevant rules and regulations.
  • A Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. A Master degree would be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a technology company of about 50 – 100 people is preferred.
  • Possess maturity and ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

As a SEM Specialist you will be in charge of managing and developing one of the largest paid search engine marketing accounts in Indonesia. This position requires hands-on knowledge and experience of SEM with a proven track-record of acquiring high quality traffic, cost effectively.  Key responsibilities:
  • Together with the Marketing team, build a world-class brand by managing and improving the search engine marketing
  • Responsible for the daily management and optimization of paid search engine campaigns (in particular Google AdWords) including keyword optimization, ad copy writing and testing, budget/bid management, landing page optimization etc.
  • Together with the Marketing Analyst, analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and ensure traffic acquisition and conversion goals are met
  • Develop and test new campaigns together with the marketing team and designers to better target users and improve overall ROI
  • Staying abreast of latest trends and best practices within search engine marketing to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with a network of 40 websites internationally to establish best practices of search engine marketing

Desired Skills, Experience and Personality:
  • Advanced knowledge in search engine marketing (Google AdWords Certification)
  • 2+ years’ experience in search engine marketing
  • Formal education in marketing / communications will be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience of website analytics tools (at least Google Analytics but third party tools are highly valued)
  • Excel-proficient and comfortable with handling large sets of data
  • Result-oriented and experience with performance based marketing
