PRODUCTION MANAGER

Report To Director & President Director

Job Responsibility

• Access training need of production staff
• Forecast and access production resources requirement
• Provide necessary support to costumer, quality and store
• Ensure low inventory stock level
• Provide support to ALL function and department needs
• Focus on speed, output, efficiency and especially on time-delivery
• Oversee the overall operational activities, to ensure smooth operation
• KPI management, planning to achieve cycle time and lead time
• Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard/incident identification, risk assessment and determination of controls

Job Requirements

• Male, age minimum 35 years old
• Having at least 10 years experience in Manufacturing with strong background to manage people (preferably in Automotive Manufacturing)
• University degree from any disciplines of knowledge
• Good command in English, able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure and independently
• Able to work in irregular hours
• Having knowledge of QS 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949:2002
• Good remuneration package will be given to a suitable candidate
