Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from Architecture
• 15 years of experience, consultant and/or developer
• Willing to travel, with office base in Mangga Dua
• Creative, Eager to learn and Team Player
• AutoCad, Photoshop is a must. 3D max is a plus

Responsibilities

• To coordinate with various local and international consultants to speed the planning development       process
• To coordinate with various discipline without jeopardizing the master schedule
• To assist tender process and material selection
• To monitor quality and execution during construction stage
• To coordinate with various dept, marketing and bizdev

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 8 years of experience, consultant and/or developer
• Willing to travel, with office base in Mangga Dua
• Eager to learn and Team Player
• PLC, AutoCad Sufficient. Autodesk is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate with various local and international consultants to speed the planning development                 process
• To review design to fulfill the Budget and Cost Control Management
• To assist tender process
• To monitor quality and execution during construction stage
• To coordinate with various dept, marketing and bizdev

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering
• 8 years of experience, consultant and/or developer
• Willing to travel, with office base in Mangga Dua
• Eager to learn and Team Player
• SAP, Etabs, Plaxis, Safe or more.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate with various local and international consultants to speed the planning development          process
• To validate the quality of drawings from structural consultant
• To collaborate with architect and landscape architect to accommodate their needs
• To assist tender process
• To monitor the integrity of structural design during construction stage
