We are a foreign owned company located in Medan, North Sumatera, we are engaged in the Food Ingredients Industry, focusing on Cocoa and Coffee products.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following position :

MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING MANAGER

Business Unit: Cocoa
Based: Medan, North Sumatera

 Responsibilities:

•     To lead and manage a team of technicians overseeing all repair and maintenance works with focus on cost reduction and continuous improvement
•     Project planning , coordination, cost estimation, execution and monitoring
•     Trouble-shooting of machines and problem solving
•     Efficient operation of utilities
•     Implement an effective preventive maintenance system
•     Support and back up the Factory Manager

Requirements:

•     Male (max 45 years old)
•     Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or relevant degree
•     Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position (with the Food & Beverage Industry)
•     Will be placed in Medan, North Sumatera
•     Command of basic English
•     Priority will be given to those who are knowledgeable with ISO22000, HACCP, PLC, AUTOCAD.
